Level 2 Award in Retail Skills

The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of Retail Skills. It provides an insight into the principles and processes of Retail Skills and will aid career development. This qualification is appropriate for sales advisors, customer service advisors, product experts or similar roles. Progression can be made from the Level 2 Award to the Level 2 Certificate or Diploma in Retail Skills.

To achieve EDI Level 2 Diploma in Retail Skills candidates must achieve 37 credits.
